My little art journery

Drawing is one of those things I always wished I could do when growing up, but since I'm someone with a strong grip, it meant whenever I made a mistake and tried to erase the line, it would quickly ruin the paper...and oh boi I absolutely despised that, it just ruiend everything.

So why not digital? You might ask, teen me hought digital art was all done by mouse or a tablet, since tablet wasn't an option I tried wit hthe mouse... I quickly concluded "this sucks, it ain't for me".

Only once I matured into adulthood I picked up the pencil again. My memory is a bit "foggy", but from what I remember, a friend drew what he saw as my "persona" of my account, but it didn't quite match with my own vision. So I picked up the pencil to draw it, the response of my friends was so sweet I ended up xd drawing again, and again...

That's when my art journey started, I only drew few times in the next 2 years, sometimes with a month interval or more, since I still didn't enjoy the process of drawing on paper, only my desire of keeping drawing Bon kept me going.

In 2023 I discovered you could draw using your phone, I tried and I actually enjoyed drawing :p it, so I switched and basically started drawing almost every single day. You could call it, my "Ibis paint phase", it lasted around august 2024. My dad ended up offering me a track pad, man it was a game changer, it felt so much better than drawing with my finger AND I could use a better drawing software like Clip Studio Paint. My drawings slowned down, :P but the quality went up! That's my art journey, this year I have began a slow transition to using Linux, so I have switched to using mainly Krita instead of Clip Studio Paint.
